Recognition of external language certificates

Upload an appropriate language certificate to the dedicated Moodle page. Only those included in the AICLU certification table will be recognized. The corresponding credits will be periodically recorded by the Students Career Office. Check periodically your student booklet (“libretto”) for the registration of the credits (CFU).

Business English

The “Business English” course is part of the teaching offer of the Department of Economic, Business, Mathematical and Statistical Sciences (DEAMS). Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, to pass the exam it is mandatory to:

1. complete the 30-hour “Business English” course (provided by ProLingua via Rosetta Stone);
2. upload to Moodle the course completion certificate received from ProLingua;
3. register for the final test;
4. pass the test.

No alternative options are available: external language certificates will not be accepted, and English exams taken in previous university programmes cannot be recognised.

All information on how to obtain the access credentials for the course, how to upload the certificate, and how to register for the test dates is available in the dedicated Moodle space.

Upon first access, you must enrol in the “BUSINESS ENGLISH 2025” course. This enrolment only grants access to the Moodle space and does not register you for the 30-hour course. After the first access, you will receive an automatic welcome email, which likewise does not confirm enrolment in the 30-hour course.

To obtain the credentials needed to access the 30-hour course, you must follow the instructions provided in the Moodle space.
