COURSE TIMETABLES

Who can attend the courses?

Students are considered eligible for the Language Centre courses depending on their institutional relationship with the University of Trieste. More specifically, all students enrolled in the University of Trieste and all students taking part in international exchange programs with the University of Trieste (e.g. Erasmus), or attending other educational institutions that have an active agreement with the University of Trieste (e.g. Conservatorio Tartini) may attend the courses. The courses are also available to students enrolled in only one course (single subjects, and not an entire degree program, for example) taught in any degree program offered by the University of Trieste.

How do you obtain course credits?

By attending the courses offered by the Language Centre, students can obtain a number of course credits which will vary depending on the degree course they are enrolled in. For further information, please have a look at the following chart.

Only students who have attended at least 70% of the lessons and have passed the final written and oral test will be able to obtain the credits. A certificate will then be issued to declare the language level every students has acquired by the end of the course. Students will not be given a mark on their test, but a quality indicator instead (pass, good, very good, excellent). This will further clarify the level they have reached (see form).

How do you enroll?

To enroll in any of our courses, students will need to fill in the application form and send it to this email adress (cla@units.it) by the end of October.
